Credits have no cash value and can only be used on new equipment: heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, water heaters, water treatment systems, and drain and pipe replacement. They can’t be used on past purchases or membership fees, and they end if you cancel.

Repair payback

Repairs you pay for count toward a replacement

As a member, what you pay for qualifying repairs builds up as repair credit. If the system needs replacing within a year of the repair, that credit comes off the new one, up to the limits shown.

Example

You pay $900 to repair your AC in June. It needs replacing the following March, so $900 comes off your new AC.

How is Superior Care different from a protection plan?

A protection plan pays for covered repairs, with a $0 deductible and parts and labour included. Superior Care is a maintenance membership: yearly tune-ups, priority booking with no trip fees, 10% off repairs, and credits toward new equipment.

Can I cancel?

The membership has a 12-month minimum and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling within the first 12 months costs $85. After that, you can cancel any time.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

They end with your membership. Equipment credits have no cash value and can only go toward new equipment, so use them while you’re a member.

The membership has a minimum term of 12 months.
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling within the first 12 months carries a fee of $85 per membership.
Prices are for one heating and cooling system. Each additional system is $14/month or $168/year.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.

Exclusions & clarifications

Yearly inspections are done as needed.
Your heating and cooling system must be working for us to do its scheduled maintenance.
The included drain clearing is done during your routine flood-prevention inspection and needs an accessible ground-level cleanout.
Camera inspection covers the main sewer line only.
Tankless water heater flushes and anode rods for tank water heaters aren’t included.
Repair credit can go toward a new system within 12 months of the qualifying repair. It can’t be combined with other member discounts or promotions, and your membership must be active.
Equipment credits have no cash value and can’t be used on past purchases or membership fees. They end if you cancel.
Equipment purchases means heating and cooling equipment, ductwork replacement, water heaters, water treatment systems, and drain and pipe replacement.
