Both plans cover heating, cooling, plumbing & drains and your water heater. If you only want one major appliance covered, Full Home ($35/mo + HST) is enough. If you want two or more, Premium ($50/mo + HST) covers up to 5 and adds priority emergency booking.
Yes, a 30-day waiting period, so your coverage starts once we accept your enrollment and those 30 days are up. Repairs during the waiting period are not covered.
If you change your mind in that window and no claim has been made, you can cancel and request a full refund.
Yes. Plans carry a six-month minimum commitment. Once those six months are up, you can cancel by contacting us. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Full Home ($35/mo + HST): heating (furnace & boiler), cooling (air conditioning), plumbing & drains, water heater and 1 major appliance.
Premium Full Home ($50/mo + HST): everything in Full Home, up to 5 major appliances and priority emergency booking.
Major appliances are the refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and built-in microwave. Plans cover repairs when these break down from normal use. Coverage is based on your systems working when your plan starts, not on the age of your home.
